- I'm a police dispatcher/9-1-1 operator & to me, it's the greatest job in the world. That said, it's not for everyone. You can hear some bad things but given the number of calls taken, that's few & far between when you do. I've taken a lot of open line calls & 9-1-1 hang up calls.

- They threw out the conviction. Under that ruling a person can be tried again. He wasn't acquitted. Had he been then double jeopardy would come into play.
